Any firm that does not hold such a contract would be precluded from conducting work on this basis. Wherever Legal aid is available in Criminal cases, whether it be for attending PACE interviews at the Police Station or defending proceedings in the criminal courts, Andrews Angel will ensure that representation is conducted on this basis In the event that Legal Aid is not granted or is unavailable, we are pleased to offer competitive private rates.
