The team has acquired detailed knowledge of the rail industry, railway regulations, the infrastructure and driving issues. Gary Rubin, a member of the team has acted on behalf of train drivers prosecuted for "gross negligence" manslaughter such as the Southall train crash where the driver was successfully acquitted, at the Old Bailey, having been prosecuted along with Great Western Trains. Gary was also one of the solicitors instructed on behalf of the train drivers union to provide representation in Lord Cullen's Inquiry into the causes of the Ladbroke Grove rail crash and the Southall Public Inquiry.
